Executive Sous Chef

Description:

We currently seek an Executive Sous Chef for Nobhill Tavern in Las Vegas.

Responsible for overseeing sous chefs, line cooks, ordering, inventory, menu development, and expediting and working service. Potential applicants must have superior culinary skills, a refined palate and high standards of excellence. The qualified candidate will be a motivated self starter with excellent communication, problem resolution and organizational skills. Must be able to develop more junior staff members, work cleanly, efficiently, and with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparations.

Requirements:

4-5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant environment .Culinary degree required.
